A)      Of course we do! and normally we are able to get back with you in 1-2 business days!

do you require a deposit?

A)       some projects require a deposit to cover materials supplied. Deposits do vary, but we will always be truthful and upfront about costs!

what happens if you run into an issue on a project and need more labor or materials?

A)      while every effort is made to accurately assess each project in advance, unforeseen conditions may occasionally require a change order. if this occurs, Primescape will immediately notify the client and pause work as needed. we will work together to review the situation and agree on the best solution before proceeding with any additional work.

Do I need to be at home during the project?

A)      not necessarily. as long as we have access to the work area and have discussed all project details beforehand, we can often complete the work while your away.
